These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with InfoMetric Pty Ltd (ABN: 34 674 004 169) and use of our website and services.
InfoMetric provides IT services as outlined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work. Service levels, response times, and deliverables are defined in each agreement.
Managed services are billed monthly in advance. Project work is billed per agreed milestones. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Response times and resolution targets are defined in your Service Agreement. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST. 24/7 emergency support is available for critical outages.
Any custom software, scripts, documentation, or solutions created by InfoMetric remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing via a separate IP assignment agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information received during the course of engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
InfoMetric’s total liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of material breach or non-payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
